(1) Once the applicant submitted the requisition of authentication to ICA, ICA will start the authentic audition.

　　(2) ICA will arrange auditors to launch the audition of the documents submitted by the applicant.

　　(3) Audition dept. of ICA will draft an audition plan, including: appoint audition leader and members; confirm audition date, etc;

　　(4) According to the auditing rules, there will be two stages of the management system audition, only after the first stage audition was passed then the applicant can proceed.

　　(5) After audition, training of the related qualification will be done.

　　(6) The applicant shall draft correction procedures and correct all the non-conformities accordingly once they are found during audition. The correction work shall be reported to the audition leader in writing. Only after all these non-conformities had been corrected and verified, the leader can suggest ICA to register the related authentication.

　　(7) Audition was completed and the related personnel was trained and passed the test by ICA.

　　(8) ICA will evaluate the site audition files (including audition report) submitted by the audition team, and then conclude the authentic results. The approved audition report and conclusion shall be sent to the applicants or audition consignor.

　　(9) Registering results of authentication and issue certificate by ICA headquarter.
