Project Description

Registered architect, refers to the examination and licensing, appraisal that has registered architect qualification certificate (hereinafter referred to as "qualification certificate"), or by the mutual recognition of qualifications of the ways to achieve mutual recognition architects qualification certificate (hereinafter referred to as the mutual recognition of certificates), and registered in accordance with the rules, registered architect certificate (hereinafter referred to as "registration certificate") and registered architect practice seal (hereinafter referred to as practicing seal), architectural design and related business activities of the professional and technical personnel.

The scope of the project:

Registered architect of the scope of the specific as follows:

(1) architectural design;

(2) architectural design technology consulting;

(3) building survey and appraisal;

(4) to my chair design guidance and supervision of project construction;

(5) other business formulated by the competent department of construction under the state council.

1st class registered architect's scope is not restricted by engineering project scale and complexity. Level 2 registered architect practice scope is limited to undertake engineering design qualification criteria specified in the scale of construction projects in the design division table of small scale project.
